Thank you for visiting our site. We are a web servicing company specializing in designing and servicing web sites for small businesses.
Our Philosphy
We have a simple philosophy when it comes to web sites: "All businesses, no matter how small, need and deserve a web presence at a reasonable cost." Each of our core principles and practices center around this philosophy.
Our Services
We provide four primary services for our customers: custom site design, site modification, maintenance, and internet marketing.
- Custom Design - Our custom design services are for clients who are either making their first venture onto the web or for clients who have a current site but wish to completely rebuild the site. We offer a free design service for those businesses looking for a simple, affordable solution to establishing a web presence.
- Modification - We also offer a site modification service for those clients who currently have a site but wish to make design changes to the existing site.
- Maintenance - Our maintenance services are typically associated with our site designs; however, we can also develop and manage a maintenance plan for sites not designed by KRB Web Services.
- Internet Marketing - We can also manage your web-based marketing and promotions including e-mail management.
What We Don't Do
Since we are a web servicing company specializing in small business sites there are limitations on what we will do when designing sites.
- Graphic Design - We do not employ any graphic artists or designers. Developing
high quality, custom graphics is a costly and time consuming activity. In order to
control our costs, we will not design sites requiring custom graphics. We will, however,
work with graphic files you already possess and wish to include in your site design.
Please note that photographs are not graphic design and our sites do support any photographs you may have.
- E-commerce - We do not design e-commerce sites for a variety of reasons. The most important reason is we believe that e-commerce sites should be designed by those who specialize in building and supporting those sites. Our specialty does not include e-commerce and in order to continue our service to our current clients, we have no interest at this time exploring e-commerce site design.
- Web Applications - Finally, we will not develop applications designed to run over the internet.
Some have asked why we limit ourselves in our services. Simply put, our number one goal is to provide excellent customer service. We have established a niche in the market specializing in the types of sites we design and we refuse to sacrifice the service we provide our customers to delve into projects that we do not specialize in.
